These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of hundleyscustomexteriors.com (the "Site"), operated by Bluegrass Exterior Pros ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or submitting a request through it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Bluegrass Exterior Pros is an independent directory and referral service. We are not a licensed contractor. We do not perform siding, gutter, soffit, fascia, roofing or any other construction work. We do not employ, supervise, direct, control, train, certify, bond or insure the contractors listed or referred through the Site. We are not a party to any agreement you enter into with a contractor, we do not set their prices, scopes, schedules or warranties, and we do not guarantee their work, their licensing, their insurance, their availability or their conduct.
Any contract for work is solely between you and the contractor you choose. Before hiring anyone, you are responsible for verifying their licensing and registration as required in Kentucky and your local jurisdiction, confirming they carry current general liability insurance and workers compensation coverage, checking references, and obtaining a written contract and scope of work. We strongly recommend comparing at least two written quotes.
We are also not a public adjuster, an insurance producer or adjuster, a law firm, or a financial adviser. Nothing on the Site is legal, insurance, engineering or financial advice.
Guidance pages on this Site describe general practice for a general audience. Every property is different. By submitting a quote request you represent that you are at least 18 years old, that the information you provide is accurate, and that the telephone number you provide is your own or one you are authorized to provide. You agree that we may transmit your request to independent contractors so they can contact you, and you consent to be contacted as described in our Privacy Policy, including by autodialed and prerecorded calls and by text message. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and you may revoke it at any time by the methods set out in the Privacy Policy.
Using the Site is free to you. Contractors may pay us for referrals, which is how the Site is funded. That commercial relationship does not create any obligation on your part and does not mean we vouch for the contractor.
The Site's original text, layout, design and compilation are owned by us and protected by copyright. Third-party names, marks and content, including Google-supplied listing data, remain the property of their owners and appear here descriptively. You may not reproduce substantial portions of the Site without permission.
Bluegrass Exterior Pros is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Hundley's Custom Exteriors of Owensboro, KY, a separate and independent company that previously used this domain name. The domain was acquired after its prior registration expired and became publicly available, and this directory is an entirely new and unrelated project. We do not use that company's name as a brand, and we do not use its logo, colors, photographs, telephone number, address, licence numbers or business listings. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Kentucky, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from bringing an individual claim in small claims court. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under a mandatory consumer protection law of your state of residence.
We may modify these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date above will change when we do, and your continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance.
